Letter from Registered Producers that Importer is importing on behalf of the said Registered Producer 4. Self-Declaration that the imported EEE items shall be sold to registered Producers only and shall not be sold to any individual/consumer/bulk consumer. 5. Self-Declaration the the imported EEE items are for self or captive use and not for sale to any individual/consumer/bulk consumer. Starting from 11th March 2024, RoDTEP incentives will be available to Advance License Holders, EOUs, and SEZ units. This update was provided through notification no. 70/2023. It's important to note that, as per this notification, Advance License Holders, EOUs, and SEZ units can only claim RoDTEP incentives on their eligible exports until 30th September 2024.
