I have a build similar to this but instead of riptide or Deliverance, I use Conditional Finality that freezes upon first hit

You can also use your strand warlock with the Chorus Helmet same effect but you can leave your enemies tangled up with explosives absorb grenade shoot melee and then incandescent shoot Boom!
