    Yup!! Another great video ,sir. Those fish look delicious. I have one easy question your casting that little tiny lure with that big rod and reel. I think you said 1/8 ounce in Bobo brown. My question is what kind of braid are you using to make it easier to cast these tiny lures from the bank. Thank you in advance for all your help.

    • @Hoyfishingcom
      @Hoyfishingcom Месяц назад

      @MarioHinojosa-c3d we spool up the real with 10 to 12lb braid depending on the rod capacity no more than 15lb braid. 85% braid and rest is mono. Float rod all braid fluorocarbon leader

      @Hoyfishingcom Good morning,Sir. Good to hear from you. I live in woodland wa about 40-60 minutes away from the Cowlitz/Barrier damage but unfortunately have never fished it. I heard it gets very crowded but tons of fish when they're running and so very easy to catch. I'm not sure where you live or what direction you're coming from but, here around woodland there are many nice creeks and small rivers to fish.

    Smaller fish due to alot more people fishing the lake nowadays?

    • @Hoyfishingcom
      @Hoyfishingcom 3 месяца назад

      Silver lake does have decent fish in the lake. Alot of the time its just trying to weed through the smaller stocked trout especally when your using bait.This year at silver lake i got a 17" 15" lots of 14" and 12" . I believe it has to do with the new owner and how they stock the lake. Back in the days we use to catch 3 and 4lb rainbows and browns. Im sure there are still big fish in the lake. There just going to be harder to catch. Timing and a little bit of luck.

How heavy is the jig are you using for this episode. What pattern/color are you using. How deep are you fishing.if your not too busy, I would appreciate your help. I live in woodlandwa, I'm located about 4 blocks from horseshoe lake. This lake is between 8-25 feet and stocked with broader trout and 5-10 pound steelhead during the winter months.
