I have another mini pc from skullsaints called agni which came with 16 gb ddr4 ram, im not able to fit it inside the barebones carbon... Does this require a different kind of RAM?

Order No: 9268 (purchased directly from ElectroniksIndia) Company: Never buy directly from company as Its a FRAUD, I say again Its FRAUD. Issue: I ordered VENOM i5/32GB RAM/1TB SSD customized, but they sent me 16GB RAM installed and charged me full price. Once I installed the PC and when I checked the device info. I found 16GB RAM Installed. I contacted their Support, but they asked me to open the BOX to see inside (they were clever that Once I open the BOX it will void Warranty which I didn't realize), they said they will Investigate and after 2 weeks later they are saying that their assembly team has send the right product. I made a opening box video to check the condition of the BOX but now they are asking me the full video from Open to setup Windows, I didn't make full video as windows setup is a long process. Now they are not compensating my money or sending me the 16GB RAM. FRAUD: This company has a vague RETURN POLICY; the thing is that in any condition once you paid you cannot get any money back if there is any problem. I have all communication and chat to support my argument. This company has one WhatsApp number and a support email. If you want to escalate anything to management they will block your number. ITs a BIG TRUST issue. I will never Buy or suggest anyone to buy from this company. Technical Issue: They will assemble a generic PC, BIOS is blocked, and they will not provide any support to upgrade your firmware so you will stick to the AMI old firmware. Also while setting up, they never put Motherboard SN in BIOS so you will never get any PC serial number. P.S: If you buying customize PC then Please make sure you make a full video else you will get screwed.
