Hello dear ones,
as a child I used to visit bazaars with my grandma, where I was fascinated by the splendid colors of spices, fruits and sweets every time. Therefore the oriental cuisine became a part of me and so I created my 1001 Nights dishes in my own way. I would like to take you on my personal journey of the Orient and let you taste and smell the treasures of 1001 Nights. Together we can go on the journey and get to know and try out different cultures, and be enchanted by the exotic spices.
The cuisine seduces all the senses: it is associated with the taste of syrup drinks, pastries, the smell of saffron, spicy stews and the images of ruby pomegranates. Embark on a culinary journey into the world of 1001 nights and get to know the variety of cuisine from the Orient. Amazingly simple, these dishes enchant with their richness of taste and are easy to master even for beginners.

Today I am posting a video how to cook stuffed dumplings. I have always wanted to learn to cook it, it is a delicacy and tastes very delicious. The dumplings are cooked with steam and filled with minced meat, onions, chili, coriander and spices. When the dumplings are cooked they are served with yoghurt and tomato sauce. I recorded a video yesterday how the Masoda Jan prepare the whole thing, it fascinated me and of course had to show it to you how fast and easy to prepare.
