Lifesteal is the Meta at the moment, but I'm sure it won't last long because the Devs have been addressing balancing issues quite quickly so far. Depending on the class and their opponents class, it can be countered... Although it is very much luck of who you run into

Life on hit dual wield fighter doesn't pose a huge threat to me with my sword/shield DK, but at the same time I could see another melee without a shield finding it rough... Everything has its counters, but lifesteal at the moment seems to still be the clear winner in most encounters

You're likely to lose in PvP, but as he said, play Rogue, and just get away from every fight. Sure, if you encounter a Druid with wallhacks, you're screwed anyways. Overall it's a low risk, medium reward strat.

sign up to challenger mode rather than solo a lot of the times you never see anyone as everyone is grouped up rather than tons of solos roaming everywhere, if you meet a group it will have the same outcome as meeting a solo anyway i.e. a dead rogue lol

@@silvertain1978 This is actually super smart. Groups will also be louder than solos making them easier to avoid.

@@silvertain1978 less teams but pve gets clears faster especially spots with elites mobs like the eyes, shamans, mages etc... Honestly the best way to make money is getting good at pvp. You can go in low GS lobbies with 6-7 GS using only heirlooms and practice. In high GS lobbies with the auction house access and min/maxing loot while knowing what affixes and sets go for how much I average 70-100k a match

I agree. I tried this a couple days ago as a rogue just trying to get in with minimal GS requirement but you‘ll get destroyed by people with full epics.

It's crazy how FPS games all copied Maze War, battle royal games copied H1Z1, ARPG's copied Diablo, Dark and Darker copied P1...come on, use a little forward thinking and understand that more saturation in this market of game is only a good thing for everyone. Right now DaD and Dungeonborne are the only two games worth playing in the genre. To be honest i'm currently enjoying dungeonborne way more than DaD. There are a lot of QoL features and ideas that I hope Ironmace can work into their game. Looking forward to the future of both!

you do realise.....Dark and Darker is made up of a bunch of stolen assets? The cyclops and Wendigo bosses are literally the same models in both games. Dungeonborne is an amazing addition, DaD has been stale and lazy recently

If you go to the unreal engine marketplace you can find all the assets used in these games. They are available for purchase. This includes the cyclops and wendigo you are talking about. The exact asset for the cyclops is called "Ogre Cyclops" if you want to look it up.
