Yes, I'm pretty neutral since it could still go either way. I'm using a wait and see approach. In the near future if the price drops lower than last week then that's pretty bearish. The price has to get back above the 21 weekly moving average before I'm bullish again. The last time we saw a weekly green hammer this big was in June 2022. It rallied a bit for a few more weeks and then crashed 24%.

It would depend on the reason. If the FED cuts the interest rate because inflation drops a lot then TLT should go back up.

@yuchenliu6062 If you want to invest in bonds long term, just buy bonds. TLT does not have the same leverage as bonds themselves. TLT is more of a trading vehicle IMO. Not sure where it's going from here TBH.

Yes, it may have been. We won't know until weeks later. Even though TLT went higher today it still made a red candle. This gives bears the opportunity to push it down again tomorrow so we'll see if that happens. One day's price action doesn't mean much when trading on the weekly time frame. But for now it appears the price is still below the upward support line, which is now a resistance line. As long as it remains below this line the price is more likely to resume to the downside.

CC is a great strategy exactly for this kind of situation. I did that with my Tesla trade, long the stock, short a call. So far it's working very well as the earnings euphoria has subsided. I should have done the same with TLT haha.

TLT has been making higher highs and higher lows on the weekly chart since fall of last year. So far it has not broken that trend. But it did reach the bottom line of a rising wedge recently. I mentioned this wedge in one of my videos last month. If the price closes this week below this rising support line then the bottom is likely going to be lower. But if it bounces and we have 2 green weeks in a row then the bottom is likely in. It's just too early to tell right now since the price is currently riding that support line.

Good question. I would consider it. Although I'm not sure about how to choose the strikes. If I go at-the-money then the results will be similar to buying a call spread like I did in the video. And if I go OTM, with maybe $225/$220 which has a delta of 0.20, then that would pay $1.18 in premium, but I risk $5.00. I don't know if that would be a good trade.

That mega earnings beat was really unexpected and surprised a lot of people, haha. Usually you would see a pullback in price after a huge jump like today. But it won't be immediate. In previous instances with similar MACD readings, this bullish momentum lasted for 1 to 2 weeks before reversing direction. I'll post an update soon.
