I'm thinking this one is either a hoax, or a song from a video game or something. That cut-off at the end makes no sense, and it fades into a not lost song. That isn't something that usually happens.

google is free, physical copies on vinyl & CD exist, they (poorly) charted in the 90s, and it was produced by the same people as 90s backstreet boys & nsync tracks... you can even make out some of the same sounds like the crashes also used in "baby one more time" by britney spears 😭
