Sorry to say, but your definition of smart and heavy load are wrong. Heavy and smart load is names of same thing. Smart load means non-Essential load like AC, gyeser. So it is also heavy load. We call it smart bcz we can mange or restrict it use specific amout of units. On the other hand there is backup load or essential load, which includes Personal computer, fans and tube lights etc. This is essential load
