Sorry I just now seen your comment but thank you! I use the Schneider model you can pick up at Harbor freight for roughly $50. For a cheaper model it can compete with some of the top dollars. Optometry class was not included in automotive technology. But if it looks like that at night, I suggest cleaning your windshield. It could greatly assist with any pre-existing conditions that also hinder night driving abilities.

You're absolutely correct, passenger side should be slightly higher for road signs and driver side lower to prevent blinding of other drivers. However, out here on Kentucky backroads, we're competing with Jeep light bars all night.
