The program is “look to read” from “think smart box” it has 4 different stories on 4 levels. Total: 16!stories. They grow on difficulty. Then, you can opt to work on words in the story, answer questions and talk about what you read. Each story has 4 different activities to work on. Same company has other products I haven’t tried yet. I loved this one, as complement on the reading work, to add minutes of reading.

@@phunt8551 no problem at all. It’s not built in, it plugs in with a USB port. I’ll check the brand tomorrow. He forgot it at school today ;)

I printed them in a white A4 paper. I cut them and glued them into colour papers, also size A4. Then I used the laminator. Laminator has been my best friend in the first 2 years of the non verbal experience. I got a very cheap one (£10) and I still have it. If the child has good hand control, instead of A4, you could make them smaller size. And it’s more handy to take it in their backpacks. Once they have eye gaze sometimes it’s also smaller (half of A4 size) because it’s just used in emergencies, and you can help him with hand control. The most important is to have it handy. And if it’s a huge book, it’s hard to carry around. Boardmaker Studio has a free 30 days trial. You can edit, use your own photos, change words, that way you can add a symbol from the program and write it in a different language. I’ll try to make a new video during the week. @@Gabineta77 I have been seeing your posts since last year. I have my 8yr old cp child who can't do anything. Except sitting..there are lots of seizures too. No medication seems to be helping. And here in India if you have a hard core cp child. ....u are left with no facilities. So in my search for some solution , i came across ur channel.wish I could have a one on one session with you. But nevertheless, ur posts will surely help others near you.

geetanjalee saikia thank you for your comments. We have been lucky. That’s for sure. Edgardo’s seizures have been quite bad too. Every child with CP is different. I couldn’t tell you it will work with you what we do at home. I was lucky to have the best therapists in Argentina, before coming to UK, who thought me a lot of things to do. We are lucky to have a physical centre like Freddy Farmer Foundation, it’s a family organisation with a lot of work behind to have it open with people’s donations. And there is a lot of help from UK with equipment. As the walker you see in this video. My son is 8 years old too. Hasn’t been keen to use a walker for three years now. He discovered this walker and loves it. Can’t do it by himself. I uploaded this video for his therapist to see it and make corrections. I couldn’t say what we do here, will work with you. But after crazy work, with having two girls in the house, absolutely crazy hard work, during lockdown Edgardo is quite close to read. And his exercises were working too. There is so much to keep doing. So many areas to cover, day is never long enough. My biggest advice: always choose to be happy. Challenges are big, face them with a smile and hard work. You will see a difference.

Hi, how is you little boy finding the walker? My son just got exactly the same walker two days ago, he already noticed is very different from his old pacer 🙈
