what’s the point in doing this? like what makes a static home page better or useful? i’m curious not being a smart ass lol
@@iamdrewski39 Well, I'm not WordPress professional but been working with it for the past 2 months and I can share that (from hours of rebuilding the landing page 3 times in trial and error 🤣), having building your home page in Pages (just like in "home.html" file for example) rather than straight on the "customize" and do it right in the blocks is that IF you ever decided to change the themes, you will still have your contents and it won't be overwritten because you didn't build on the theme blocks page itself! 😀 In other words: It just applies new theme, without you losing every data you've put in navigation, footer, header, landing page etc. You don't want that, trust me.. it can disappear in less than 2 clicks! 😅 That's what I've learned and experienced.
