well the song used for this was available for shared revenue, so yes and no simultaneously. the rev gets cut in whatever percentage (idk the details) and then of course there's stuff you just cant monetize lol. other stuff that has copyrighted music I wanna use you'll notice I only do in reel form since that's free game lol
