Ok so you're telling me that the height is 23 meters but the circumference of the wing is 7.4 meters? Am I doing my math wrong? From the visual, lets say when the landing gear is out, that the plane is roughly 3 meters off the ground. So that would make the plane 20 meters tall when in flight. Then circumference equals 2r*pi or pi*diameter. So in this case the diameter or width of the plane is 7.4/pi which is less than 2.4 meters across? The circumference should be around 63 meters not 7.4. I have no idea where you got that information but it is incorrect.

For Passengers any Roll movement will be uncomfortable if they are sitting far from the Center - they are being pushed up or down by several Feet within a short Time. For Cargo this will be a good Solution, though noone builds Aircraft just for that use case, since the costs are too high.
