This is AC Sailing, a videogame made by the Emirates Team New Zeland, from the America's Cup. In this game, you can race the ac40 boat, which was nominated the best boat of 2023. The game's location is Barcelona, holder of the 2024, 37th America's Cup.

How is it compared to HG? Is there a fully manual mode?
Yes, there is. But you dont get as many controls as HG, as there's the actual ac40 sim for full controls. We'll see what happens with AC Sailing, but there will be updates in the future (maybe near future??)
On AC Sailing you have Mainsheet, Traveller, Pitch, Cant and Height.
