These stretches address some of those gnarly lower body issues like frozen hip flexors, sciatica, SI joint. etc. But you don’t have to have those issues to really get a lot from this stretch. It’s energizing and expanding. Make adjustments for your body and breathe.

So glad you dropped in. I hope you’re feeling well. Some of the rotation issues come from the back or hips. You might try using a strap or band for alignment and stability. If that doesn’t work, just contract the muscles in place. I love that you mentioned your challenge. Hope you come back!

Body weight resistance in planks on a hot day is challenging. Will repeat on a cooler day or a.m. Love the creativity, cuz that's how the body moves.
