The laws of South Africa, interms of immigration states that if a child is born in South Africa inherits the immigration status of the parents, if the parents are immigrats not citizens, the child is also not a citizen. In chidima's situation her mather got her papers fraudulently n her father is not South African, meaning she is to inherit their status.
