How did you manage to run 2'26 in trainers and you run 2'28 in a race in spikes?
Bro called out Oregon
You have to take the bad with the good and the good with the bad. Learn from it and move forward.
Don’t get in your head by starting to take this track shit too seriously, take a nap, eat a donut, go out and party, and PR
Simeon birmbaum
What event
Good stuff What was your time bro?
Why bro racing Simeon Birnbaum
Next race is yours 💪
What was your time?
1:19

what did you get for the 4x4
he did spread a little bit of misinformation. what he called "free energy" isn't free. he is referring to ATP energy which is an "automatic/ instant" energy source. this is the energy that 1-200 meter sprinters use (every race that you can run at full sprint). it is used any time that your body does something instant like a single jump or a 40 meter start. however if you do these things over and over again it will start to deplete your ATP as you only have about 5-7 seconds of it even for elite sprinters. now yes you could full sprint the first 5-7 seconds in your 400 like he says which would likley put you around 5-10 meters ahead of your comp but the thing that makes it not "free" is that once you deplete it and you start to use anaerobic energy and im not gonna go in depth abt that but i will like a video and a time so you can learn about that too. but once you run out of anaerobic energy your body will start to produce lactic acid and if you went 100% for the first 5-7 seconds of your race your last 100 will be A. excruciatingly painful but, B. really slow compared to someone who used "economic acceleration" which is just a fancy way of saying the optimal way of acceleration. in summery the harder or the closer you get to full sprint on the first 100 the faster your going to decelerate compared to someone who had an optimal acceleration. the video i was refering to ruclips.net/video/D0Zh0bT8OuM/видео.html&ab_channel=Outperform i recomend watching the whole thing but if you cant the time stamp is 3:00 to the end of the video (6:50) hope this help you in any way and for anyone who might ask or care my 100 is 12.05 200 24.32 400 54.65 (52.9 leg split) all out door from last season
400
800 is the most tactical race. 1 small mistake and your gone, it is hard and it is fast but the 400 is almost all out from get go so its probably the harder race on the body
Maybe if u ran your "recovery" days slower your body wouldn't give up
So there is a kid faster than me and super aggressive on the start. Should I attempt to go with him for the start or sit back and play catch up. I have a great sprint finish but he has a great start
I run a 56 and im 4' 3 400 pounds you think i can do well in the 800
Can you dunk ?
method 3, i havent really done 2 that much so idk how i am at it,, but being at the back like in sit and kick is gonna demotivate me
At an indoor meet I race soon, I’ll lyk if this helped
6. you have squirrels in your pants
Aiming for 2:03 tmrw
Samme
watching this like my meet isn’t tomorrow
the 400 is similar to the 200?? thats simply not true i would even say that the 400 and 800 are more similar to eachother than the 400 and 200
You just yapping bro
What can I do to improve that much as a 800/mile runner?
I have an indoor race Saturday. My PR indoor is 53.5. I will be coming back to this video after
how did it go???
i just ran a 2:38 1k i got the 4x8 on saturday what’s a realistic time
@@Adumbb I’d say about 2:02-2:05
@ aight i’m aiming for that 2:02 then💯
@@Adumbbso how did it go
@ i was sick but i managed a 2:03.2 definitely think ill run quicker next one
@@AdumbbAwesome you was sick so you will definitely run faster! It would be cool if we raced lol my last run was 2:02
W glow up
yo do they actually reach out like that? or is that exaggerated
It's exaggerated, but most likely within 5 or 10 minutes you would be getting that amount
After breaking a state record bro yes, it is that crazy. And I run track, I could only imagine what a 5 star football player gets
You shocked the state that day😲😲😲
What the shoes called in the first workout
Bruh people are dumb. I ran d3 and was much slower than this guy and still ran recovery runs at a similar pace. He’s in good enough shape that 6:30 is not fast or a challenging pace.
Do you take anything before meets? Ik some people will take something like ibuprofen and or those carb gummy things and I wanted to know your opinion on those.
what year were you born? has a lot of future, lets gooooo
3 more days to go 1st race of the year. I'm getting excited. Time to make some noise
What spikes do you wear?
