I know i am 4 years late but Great video. it sucks premier aircraft design closed up and shut down the website. i even emailed the old owner of it and he says even he does not have copies of his models' anymore so they are forever and gone. great airplanes. i mainly used the saab 340. if i wish i could get my hands on the base model of the saab 340. but alas i can not. for the record i still play FS9 in 2024. i am in flight school now so i got brand new complete set of Virpil Controls Hotas setup. stick, pedals, throttle quadrant and a control panel that i use for my prop pitch and mixture control and thanks to FSUIPC they work with FS9. that said i am teaching myself how to use FSUIPC. programming the buttons was easy but the throttle adding reverse thrust and every control adjusting the sensitivity settings and dead zones is taking some time. but it will be very much worth it.

Omg. This was a total flash back to my childhood in the mid 90s... They taxi out and then left turn onto runway.. and the n a departure to the right away from Chicago o hate and midway... Jesus. I was instantly 15/16 years old again... I'm now 42 almost... And this vid had convinced me to get msfs2024!! ❤

When i started to use simulation in my life it was this one for sure...i used to fly just meigs to ohare or meigs to midway...just for fun and fly over the city for fun too...that was most of my time spent in that sim...there was always the default flights and landing approaches...😊...as always enjoy your day or night...

I never got the chance to dio long distance flights in fs95 cause there was no flying map or gps at the time...and if i didnt know the area i would just land nearby...

This was my fav mission in fs98. The hard part about these missions is that once u hear the lady voice asking u to check this and that, it is just a matter of time before it auto end the mission unless u correct your mistake asap. Even setting the wrong takeoff n1 can cause the mission to end... Can't believe I'm an airline pilot now. All started from this...

The simplicity is pretty

The 1st time I stayed up late enough to catch the sunrise was because of this problem.

This was hands down the greatest game i had but never knew how to play due to being to young to understand the controls...all my sessions were just taking off and crashing inmediately lol

Dumbest "tutorial" i've ever played. Guy doesn't teach you how to do anything, you have to already know how to fly a plane in order to be successful in this tutorial. The only tutorial where the tutorial instructor actually gets an attitude with you and quits on you.

Every Instructor in this world while landing: You are too high, you are to fast!!!

What a nice ryan-air landing. Never managed to land the big planes back in my childhood, I’ve always crashed.

Maybe microsoft flight sims will still be around by the time computers can simulate macroparticles and then it will truly look realistic. But for now I am amazed how every rendition of the sim convinces us that it looks so good.
