To better explain the Heavenly Pact: It's a form of restriction placed on a sorcerer which exchanges their cursed energy for their body. So basically, it trades cursed energy for physical capabilities. In Toji's case, his cursed energy was reduced to zero which in turn gives him superhuman physicality, strength and speed. Maki also has the same type, however, she still has a little bit of cursed energy so she's not on Toji's level. The opposite can also happen with Heavenly Pact; in exchange for huge amounts of cursed energy, the body is basically disabled. This is the case with Mechamaru, he has huge amounts of cursed energy but he has a very frail body that even moonlight can burn his skin.

gojos power is space manipulation using infinity (which is something thats everywhere but his technique allows him to interact with it) Blue is attraction and pulls shi together, red is repulsion so he can shoot a laser, purple is just a death laser that destroys everything, he can also tp by manipulating space like he did a few episodes ago and s1, also tengen is a sorcerer with an immortality technique who just chills underground at jujutsu high and creates the barriers that protect it. Gojo unlocked the Reverse Cursed Technique which allowed him to use both Red and Purple, previously he only had blue and his infinity for defense, the reverse cursed technique is also what lets people heal themselves

We’ve seen characters with heavenly pact before maybe you’ve forgotten haha. - Maki : Little to no curse energy but blessed with physical prowess. Of course, not at Toji’s level but what you’re seeing is what Maki could achieve at her fullest potential because both of them are similar in which they dont have any curse energy. Mechamaru : Born with super fragile and broken body but in return he’s blessed with an insane amount of curse energy far more than any sorcerer.

In the 1st episode, the principal, back then a third year teacher, told Geto and Satorou that the girl would be "erased" after the assimilation. No trace of her consciousness is going to be left after Tengen posses her body. She'll die. Also, they are teens here, Gojo hasn't mastered his powers as back then, hence why his Red technique didn't "failed".
