Bhai no doubt laptop ke specs bahot ache h but motherboard issue genuine h mene 3 month pehle liya tha kl game khelte khelte achank laptop bnd hogya charging light bhi off hogyi customer care service achi h response shi dete h parts bhi available hogye or monday tak engineer aajayega but bhailog phir bhi apne risk pe hi lena mujhe pehle pta tha ki motherboard issue h but mene iss problem ko socha shyd kuch hi logo ke sath yeh cheez hue ho ab itni units mein se koi 1 unit defective nikl skti h but ab realise ho rha h ki yeh ek major issue h motherboard replace hone ke baad bhi koi gurantee nhi h ki kb tk woh shi chlega bahot se logo ke 2 se 3 baar motherboard change hogye jo ki koi choti problem nhi h

I have been using loq rtx 3050 for more than a year..they just replaced the charging adapter from 170 w to 230w and i am happy with that now..maybe the new models have some issues …but hope that lenovo will definitely solve that ..their customer care is also very helpful…but yes one day while playing fifa the laptop suddenly turned off and the charging blinker also turned off but after some time it automatically got all correct ..i am happy as for today ..
