@@TheZeppelin14 yes I get that but I respect fish and I don’t like snagging them. Especially on camera because you will get a lot of hate by people for snagging them and i don’t need to sit here and have people mad at me for a fish getting snagged. Those comments are just a waste of time

It’s actually a white sucker. But you are right the northern hog suckers aren’t common. I’ve caught like 3 of them but they have a special pattern on them and have purple mouths. The ones I was catching in this video were white suckers though

@ bro that’s sick. Last time I was there I got a carp just under 16 pounds. Of course it was snagged though. I snagged it on purpose because it had 2 other big hooks stuck in it and I wanted to get them out so I could heal. I fished for it with a worm for like 20 minutes but wouldn’t eat. I got the hooks out and she took off just fine. I would never snag fish for fun though I hate snagging them I just did it to help that fish

@@barkboyztv2101 yeah well that’s the only rod I have that will work for that place. I’ve caught multiple big fish on it but the ones that are coming off are snagged so I just pull the scales off. When they eat it usually keep them hooked

@Weirdfishin Jesus we'll I've learned something, I'm from NC we basically have it 70° all year round til summer jacks it to 105° and winter lowers it to 5° Shit is the most bipolar weather I've experienced 🤣

@😭😭😭 yeah we have like 100 degree weather in the summer and then we get into the -20s in the winter. When I was a little kid we were watching the news because of how cold it was and Minnesota was confirmed the coldest place on earth for a couple minutes. It was insane

If I could have reached the water then I would have just set them back in the water and the reason I tossed them is because if I didn’t they would get slammed right into the tree that was like an inch under the water. The camera couldn’t see it but there is a reason I was tossing them
