@hustlerone5670 yes the updated list is ready to go for tournament! Basically a lot of the 1 drops were being SB anyways and primarily wanted to tighten up the boba yellow match up which is the decks weak point. The deck is now more consistent especially going straight space. Also boba's armor just wins game sometimes

Thank you for that tip!! I like that thought about the greedo! Good call on that one. What do we do about boba yellow? I have that match up to be very difficult.

@@HyperspaceCube Unfortunately, Boba Yellow is definitely a bad matchup. The yellow version tries to play very aggressively, and even if you come with a faster hand, cunning and the difference of 5 life in the base have a lot of impact on the game. My plan is to save at least 1 No Good To Me Dead for the enemy Boba and play as aggressively as possible. Force Choke ends up being very useful because it kills almost everything that doesn't have a shield. It just doesn't kill Zuckuss. I don't know my winrate against Boba Yellow, but I believe it's positive. But yes, it's a very complicated matchup. I think I'm going to make a video about it, showing the best lines to face Boba Yellow. This may seem crazy, but I'm thinking about testing the "zero resource" card that exhausts a unit unless the opponent pays 2. This card seems very good against Boba Yellow, because even if the opponent pays two resources, it will really mess up his game, while my units have low cost and a lot of power.

@@LinqueSWU I would love to see those videos! Please me it! I think the strategy I thought would work but I ignored was trading ground units and have enough to bounce or NGTMD and get there with space. Also sounds crazy but even resourcing TDR because of bodhi. it's such a blowout

I think you can for sure make a twin subs cube. I had a conversation about that the other day. I think one of the only ways it would work is to seperate the cards into heroism and villany and not mix them together. Just makes it easier and not have players crash into each other with drafting

Ohhh I love that!! I think a theme cube like that will be fantastic. I would think with the card pool from set 1 and two. Most likely for 2 players 180 would be enough!

@@HyperspaceCube yes a themed one is such a nice to enjoy a uinverse we love. I am not sure how to be able to have every game eùpire vs rebellion as boosters are prepareed randomly though

@@HyperspaceCube We are kinda casual players now, and want to enjoy the game without built decks the war between vilainy and heroism. something easy to set up and fast paced. Scealed is one thing, but I am not sure we will get that feeling, as cards being drawn from premade random packs. My idea is Roll dice, winner choose, vilainy or heroism. Then they choose one leader from 3 randomly drawn leader from the faction they choose. The other player does the same with the remaining side. From there both players have their 2 base colors, then pick the third color of their liking. The cards are on the side by colors, so pretty much librairies like any TCG. so now, players will draw 6 cards from their colors, they just choose from where they draw (two librairies with dual icons and two with single icon for eahc players) and you play with normal rules. An idea, do you think ti would be doable ? sorry for the long post

@@akatsuki1049 It actually reminds me of the deck building game that came out last year I believe. Have you played it? From FFG and same concept where the base needs to be destroyed for you to win and you pay resources to buy cards and make your deck stronger. I think with here you can divide the library into two, so maybe you have two decks. One for empire and one for rebellion. From there you take 45 from one pile to give to you and 45 to the other player. From there you construct a sealed deck. So at least there is some randomness for each player

I do! The majority of cubes are singleton but because it's set 1 most people have tried to simulate a booster of star wars unlimited and have multiple copies. That's why I started at 180. You are the designer, so it's totally up to you how would like to make it happen! Welcome and hope you start building soon!

Honestly, just not to overwhelm players in options. Having less to pick from even though it equals out to the same thing. It kind of feels like the packs move faster and you can take your time with the pick. The goal will be to move to higher once the cube is able to support 8 players

Using Dragon shield inner and dragon shield sleeves. So far they all fit great but yeah sometimes depending on the sleeves some can come out uneven

@@HyperspaceCube thank you 👍😁 i bought silver dragon shields. The packs were slightly off shade, only noticeable if they were mixed though, still bugged me. Maybe black would be better.

@j453 yeah the Black sleeves hold up mostly because you can't see any imperfections! Probably there are some lol. On Amazon they sometimes have deals for them. That's how I bought them in bulk

oohhhh I dig that! Resupply is a great card to ramp for vader! It's hard to let that Superlaser blast go, but that line you are thinking is pretty solid and something to think about! Kudos :)

I find it to be easier to upkeep as new sets come out! I usually try to pick a deck or two to build and the rest will be used for cube and I guess twin suns! I am not seeding the packs by rares, just shuffled them really well for at least 30 mins. It took a while to get a good balance after having everything in order. I have to see what set 2 has. I don't think I can see a card that might be "broken" but only time will tell. I will say that I can see future leaders being left out because of synergy.
