I am Samia Pellizzari. I am a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and instructor trainer. I have been teaching Pilates for 22 years and I really enjoy teaching effective exercises that really improve your body. My intention is to provide healthy and intelligent exercises that will enhance your physical body. I believe that movement can really improve your overall health. Hi Coach Samia ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even do 3 and my arms just gave up :( My MIL does these regularly, she did maybe 25-30 non-stop while cooking! Her biceps are very muscular and thick like yours and she has tremendous upper body strength!! I feel really low and defeated :(
Oh no, don't feel like that. we all have different strength in different parts of our bodies. My advice to you is start with less repletion and process slowly. So, maybe start with 4 or 5( or less), and do them every day for 3 days, then add just 1 extra push up every 3 days. Try it like that. The other think you have to do while doing them is to keep your core muscles tight and engaged. If you would like I can send you a video of how to strengthen the core muscles little by little. @@samia.pilateswpurpose Thank you very much for your encouragement, Coach Samia ma'am! It means so much to me! My MIL told me also to never ever skip a day and to do this every single day! This is intense! Yesterday I managed 2 only, but I will try every day as you wrote. My first goal is to be able to finish 1 set of 10 of these! My MIL does 30 of this counter pushups easily or even more! As a man, I really want to build thick powerful biceps like you have or like she has, if that is possible? But it will take a long time for that I guess? Yes please can you teach the core exercise you said about!? I am sorry to ask a lot :(

My goal is really to also achieve the thick bulging biceps you have or my MIL have! As a man, it will give me so much self-esteem! I would like to have the core strength also that you told about!!

Can this help me reach 260kg squat?
No, this can not help you with squats. You will need to strengthen your lower body and specially your core muscles to do a 260 KG squats. The core muscles will protect your back and maintain its stability against so much load.
