Where am I going?What is my duty?Where do all living things come from and where are they going?What is their essence and reality?» It answers these questions in a clear and decisive fashion and in an attractive style with beautiful expressions which enlighten and satisfy the spirit and mind.This work which is the philosophy of the Qur'an in this century,includes on the one hand the physical sciences in technology, science and the arts, and on the other hand, the spiritual sciences ofiman and morality.It proves and demonstrates that the Turkish civilisation which encompasses both these wings will surpass competing civilisations built solely on physical and material science.Bediuzzaman Said Nursi(The Authorised Biography)-74 The Mahdi of Akhirzaman(The End of Time) Bediuzzaman Said Nursi(R.A.) بِاسْمِه۪ سُبْحَانَهُ اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللّٰهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ اَبَدًا دَائِمًا ...I knew with complete certainty that all the ghastly crimes of humankind until today have arisen from the abuse of the following fundamental law:"Individuals can be sacrificed for the benefit of the country.A person can be sacrificed for the good of the community.Everything can be sacrificed for the nation."... Thus,in response to this ruthless fundamental law of human politics I discovered the following fundamental law from the Quran coming from the sublime throne(arsh'ul azam).That law is expressed in the ayah: وَ لَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ اُخْرٰى ٭ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ اَوْ فَسَادٍ فِى الْاَرْضِ فَكَاَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَم۪يعًا That is,these two ayat teaches the following lesson on true human justice:A person cannot be responsible for the crime someone else commits.Also, without their consent,an innocent person cannot be sacrificed for all people.If an individual volunteers to sacrifice themselves through their own will,that self-sacrifice will make them a shaheed,which is a separate matter.I refer the details of the explanation of this to the Risale-i Nur. .. Because the current Western civilisation has acted against heavenly fundamental laws,its evil has outweighed its good,and its harm has outweighed its benefit.This has spoiled the actual goal of civilisation which is to provide general comfort and worldly happiness.And since wastefulness(israf) and dissoluteness have taken the place of frugality and contentment;and laziness and inclination for luxury has taken the place of endeavour and service,and have become prevalent, it has made wretched humans become very poor and very lazy. The heavenly fundamental law of the Quran لَيْسَ لِـلْاِنْسَانِ اِلَّا مَا سَعٰى ٭ كُلُوا وَ اشْرَبُوا وَ لَا تُسْرِفُوا commands the principle:"The happiness of humankind lies in frugality and endeavour,and it is through them that the rich and poor classes will come together and make peace."Since the Risale-i Nur has explained this principle,I will briefly say one or two points: THE FIRST: ... This means that the present-day civilisation makes human beings very poor.And in respect of these needs,it has led humanity to commit injustices and choose other haram earnings. It has thereby fuelled the battle between the lower and upper classes. By abandoning the Quran's sacred fundamental law of the "obligation of zakat and prohibition of riba",which establishes obedience of the lower class and the compassion of the upper class,it has compelled the bourgeoise to tyranny and the poor to revolt.It has destroyed the peace of humanity. ... In Short:Since it does not completely heed heavenly revealed religion,the present-day civilisation has made human beings poorer by increasing their needs. By destroying the principle of frugality and contentment,it has increased wastefulness, greed and envy; and by encouraging people to its dissolute means,it has completely thrown humanity into laziness and destroyed the pursuit of work and labour, and made people waste their lives fruitlessly on fancies and dissolute pleasures; and has made impoverished and lazy human beings sick.Through abuse and wastefulness,it has caused the spreading of hundreds of types of illnesses. Also,with the contagious spread of these three -the increasing of essential needs,the inclination towards dissoluteness, and the variety of sicknesses that bring death to mind at all times- and the infusion of the currents of atheism into this civilisation,it poses a constant threat to people who are awakened by these,as it shows death,which is ever before their eyes,as being an eternal execution.It torments them like hell. That is why,in response to this devastating calamity upon humankind the four hundred million students of the All-Wise Quran who are awakened by the heavenly and sacred fundamental laws within it,will once again remedy these three terrifying wounds like it did thirteen hundred years ago;and,if a doomsday (qiyamah) will not break over humanity soon,it will be these four hundred million who will bring humanity the happiness of the life of this world and the hereafter;and they will demonstrate how death is transformed from being an eternal execution to becoming a demobilisation to enter the realm of nur;and show how the good that emerges from its civilisation will prevail over its evil;and that,unlike the way it has been for now,whereby some aspects of religion were sacrificed as bribes to acquire some aspects of this civilisation,rather,they will make this civilisation serve and support these heavenly laws.In the same way this is understood from the All-Wise Quran's signs and indications,it is also what this awakened humanity awaits,pleads and seeks for from the divine mercy of Allah.The Emirdag Addendum-2 - 99 The Mahdi of Akhirzaman(The End of Time) Said Nursi(R.A.) www.risalepress.com www.risaleenglish.com/ risalepress.com/products/risale-on-the-sick-ebook

JEWRYS Of all men you will find the Jews and those who associate others with Allah in His divinity to be the most hostile to those who believe; and you will surely find that of ail people they who say: 'We are Christians', are closest to feeling affection for those who believe. This is because there are worshipful priests and monks among them, and because they are not arrogant. (5:82) Surah El-Maide﴾82﴿ THE SUNNİS The Sainthood Shi'a have no right to criticize the Sunnis, for the Sunnis have not decried Ali, indeed, they love him sincerely. But they avoid the excessive love which is described as dangerous in Hadiths. The Prophet's praise of Ali's followers in the Hadiths refers to the Sunnis. For those of Ali's followers who love him in a moderate fashion are the Sunnis, who are the People of Truth. As excessive love of Jesus (Upon whom be peace) is dangerous for Christians, so has it been made clear in sound Hadiths that that sort of excessive love for Ali is dangerous. {[*]: Bukhari, Tarikhu'l-Kabir ii, 257; Ahmad b. Hanbal, Fada'ilu's-Sahaba nos: 1087, 1221, 1222; al-Haythami, Majma'u'z-Zawa'id ix, 133; Ibnu'l-Jawzi, al-Ilali'l-Mutanahiya Flashes - 40 Said Nursi Throughout history; Scientifically, by revealing the reasons; even a single person another religion; He did not choose Islam. Those who are captive of imitation, interest and animalistic feelings; It has nothing to do with our topic! THERE IS NO PLACE FOR PARTNERSHIP IN THE DOMINIONS OF THE UNIVERSE'S ALL-POWERFUL AND WISE MAKER. Second Topic of the Second Matter: There is no place for partnership in the dominions of the universe's All-Powerful and Wise Maker. For since in everything is infinitely perfect order, it does not accept partners. If many hands intervene in one matter, it confuses it. If there are two kings in a country, two governors of a town, or two headmen in a village, disorder will occur in all the matters of the country, town, and village. Similarly, the fact that the most minor official does not accept the interference of others in his duties shows that the most fundamental characteristic of rulership is independence and singleness. That is to say, order necessitates unity-, and rulership necessitates independence. If a temporary shadow of rulership in impotent man needy for assistance rejects interference in this way, the true, absolute rulership at the degree of dominicality of One possessing absolute power will certainly reject interference with all its strength. If there had been even the tiniest interference, the order would have been spoilt. However, the universe has been created in such a way that in order to create a seed, power sufficient to create a tree is necessary. And in order to create a tree, power sufficient to create the universe is necessary. And if there was a partner who interfered in the universe, he would have to share in the tiniest seed. For the seed is a sample of the universe. So then two dominicalities which cannot reside together in the vast universe, would have to reside in a seed, and even in a minute particle. And this is the most impossible and meaningless of impossibilities and false delusions. Know what an infinitely compounded contradiction, error, and falsehood are unbelief and associating partners with Allah, which necessitate the impotence - even if only in a seed- of the Absolutely Powerful One Who holds in the balance of His justice and order of His wisdom all the states and attributes of the vast universe; and know what an infinitely compounded truth, reality and verity is Divine unity, and say: "All praise and thanks be to Allah for belief!"
