Unfortunately i followed every steps but after reboot the same message appeared and i cant access my laptop

DO this if you still can't get in to your PC/Computer: 1. Use a computer that works. 2. Download Windows 10 from Microsoft (google it up) 3. Open and run it 4. You'll get a message to insert an empty USB. Wait and you'll have Windows 10 installation file in your USB 5. Plug your USB in your computer that doesn't work 6. Start your PC and it will automatically install Windows 10 from there. 7. Your PC shall now work :)
