Hi! I have posted an update regarding the expiration of etaHEN 2.0 Public Test. While waiting for the Final release of etaHEN 2.0, You can revert to 1.9b or 1.8b jailbreakable offline as well without any ESP boards. You just need to be online once just to build up the cache in the system. Its a 2 in 1 tutorial you just need to choose which etaHEN version you prefer to revert to. PS4 systems with software version 12.00, as well as PS5 systems with version 10.40, are currently not supported for jailbreaking and are still a long way off. Your best bet is to purchase a second-hand PS4 with software version 9.00 or 11.00-I highly recommend the 9.00 version. For the PS5, aim to get the lowest version possible, preferably 4.51 or below.

11.52 and 12.00 PS4 version is currently not supported for jailbreaking and its a long way off. Stay as low firmware as you can and don't update if you want it jailbroken.

Currently, Mouuu's Offline Host Lite for etaHEN 2.0b is not functional due to the expiration of the public test release. We need to wait for Mouuu's updated Offline Host Package to cache the official etaHEN 2.0b, as there may be differences in the official release. It is essential to get the latest update of etaHEN 2.0b online when its released and then download the correct version from Mouuu. (But you must use his website to Jailbreak your console online because its linked with the Offline host package file). In the meantime, Idlesauce has an Offline Host App compatible with etaHEN 1.8b and 1.9b, which I've personally tested. To jailbreak your PS5, go online using the echostretch website and use Idlesauce as your host to get the etaHEN 2.0b when its released. Once you successfully jailbreak with the upcoming etaHEN 2.0b, you can try Idlesauce's Offline Host App to see if it works, as it did for me with two previous versions of etaHEN completely offline. For more details, check out my video showing how to jailbreak offline using Mouuu's and Idlesauce's Offline Host Apps. The description includes links and files, along with timestamps for etaHEN 1.8b and 1.9b, and demonstrates how to revert from 2.0b to 1.8b or 1.9b. You can see at the 4:14 mark in the video that 3.xx is supported, which confirms a yes. However, please be aware that consoles on different firmware versions may still experience kernel panics during the process. My PS5, running on version 4.50, typically encounters 3 to 5 kernel panics just from attempting the online jailbreak. I recommend trying the offline jailbreak method without using ESP boards to reduce the likelihood of kernel panics once the system fully absorbs it. I really appreciate you, thank you very much! 😀😀😀

Unfortunately, that's not going to work. You can't downgrade the system firmware. I don't mean to disappoint, but it will take more time to get the jailbreak based on your firmware version. I suggest selling your 10.40 console and buying a secondhand one with firmware 4.51 or below if you really want the jailbreak. While it may be challenging to find, if you do find one, it's likely to be three times the price of a standard console.

There are ways to play older PS5 titles on disc with lower firmware requirements on a jailbroken console. Those old games are more cheaper now... provided the Itemzflow compatibility list is checked, Using your Jailbroken PS5 preferably on firmware 4.03, PC tools, and apps, you can dump and decrypt these games, preserving your physical discs. ->Note that engaging in such activities can void warranties and breach terms of service. You can't jailbreak a PS5 on firmware 10.40. You'll need to wait until an exploit is found for anything beyond 7.61. There's no way to downgrade. Thank you I really appreciate the questions.
