As a chronically ill person, last thing I would do is go on a health update while tip toeing around taking responsibility for manipulating, blackmailing, and down talking people who didnt do what I wanted them to do. It feels very inappropriate and an attempt to distract from the weight of my actions by dangling woe is me keys in peoples faces. Some of what he said was needed for context, like explaining the live stream in the ER was not necessary and childish. But there were so many unnecessary details.
