I have Mi phone, and whenever I turn on the hotspot in that phone, the Chrome browser eats up all the data very quickly, meaning not just 100-500 MB, but entire 2 GB data is used only by Chrome. Till now It has eaten about 70GB Internet data. I have also turned off background data usage but still. "When 4G network is on it does not use the data", only when I switch to 5G and turn on the hotspot then it uses too much data. Do you have any idea why is this happening.

In my experience as a power user, I would say that android is much faster. Even the typing is slightly delayed on iphones which is quite irritating

𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗕𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗞𝗦. 𝗥𝗨𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗜𝗧. Upon installation, it pre-populates itself with a bunch of Samsung apps, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲. Camera, Contacts, Calendar, Maps, Notes, Internet, My Files and more. All apps dumped into Secure Folder by default remain accessible in the App Drawer, except for My Files. That icon gets removed from the App Drawer. When you uninstall Secure Folder, it gives you the option to save media. All other data is deleted. *** Samsung removed the built-in ability to back up Secure Folder data. You must backup the device to an outside source. They make it easy to backup to cloud, which is ridiculous. I would NEVER allow sensitive data files to go to Cloud. Never. I can backup some data to my PC but Secure Folder is not accessible. I don't presently have a USB C thumb drive to use for backups. Just uninstalled Secure Folder. It did not restore the My Files icon to the App Drawer. My Files is still installed on my phone and neither disabled nor hidden, yet it is only accessible via Search. The only fix I've run across is to reinstall My Files from the app store. Run away from this app. It's bad. It's not user friendly, Samsung has way too much control over it and it's easy to lose data. There are other protected folder apps available in the Google Play Store.
