During the 2nd or 3rd season, Hikasa Youko's age caught up to and exceeded her character's age, and because of this reason, during one of the recording sessions, Nakamura joked to his fellow VAs "Isn't she a hag now?". And that's kind of how it spread. That's a behind-the-scenes so-called 'legend', and she became the 'legendary hag'. It was mentioned on a celebratory live show on the "Working series" after 3rd season ended, and also in a few other places.
