i don't like that much skipping, cutting off, it breaks the flow of gameplay. Also your voice is too low compared to game sound

Friendly advice: Quicksave will help a ton. It’s F6 by default, but I even map it to my middle mouse button. F7 is Quickload. Save just before you retry a failed encounter to save time, and don’t be afraid to do a little save-scumming if you get wrecked by the environmental hazards. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying it and hope you make it to the end. You’ve made good progress already. I played it back in ‘98 and it’s still one of my favorites to revisit. FYI, you might have figured this out, but if you use the "activate" key on scientists, security guards you can toggle them between following you, and having them stay put. It's also a good idea to use a manual reload when you're out of combat on each of your weapons so you can keep the clips/chamber topped up and not have to reload in the middle of fighting a large group.

Playing this on a Pentium II computer around the time it was released as a teenager was incredible. It seems dated/quaint by modern standards, but at the time story-based FPS games like this really didn't exist. Between this and Unreal, it was a somewhat of revolutionary time in FPS history. Those near-instant loading transitions were certainly not instant back in the day, lol.
