First time we tasted zucchini jam was last year in Germany at a Gasthaus. It was SO delicious! I’ve been looking to find a recipe that might be like the one we enjoyed in Germany.. I found a couple of american recipes, and they all grated their zucchini which made the jam look mushy, and put cinnamon & nutmeg in the recipe, which sounds horrible to me, AND it made their jam brown in colour. Thank you so much for this recipe… I remember the jam we had, did have tiny cubes of zucchini in it, AND the jam looked light green like zucchini. Thank you again! xoxo e. N.B. 🇨🇦

@Slimerclub It's a small shark common in the Black Sea. The average size of this shark is 4 feet long, even so, they are very aggressive. They are a species of sharks called Spiny Dogfish (Squalus acanthias)

There are 3 more flowers, that i have in my garden, and they can be used with the same recipe. Very popular is Dandelion, any part of this flower is perfectly safe to eat. Another one is Hibiscus, it's flowers are almost as big as the zucchini flowers. And Nasturtium, it has small delicate flowers, that have a peppery taste. All these are perfect for garnish, pesto, salad, and appetizer. Boiled, fried or fresh from the plant.
Simple, to the point, i have those ingredients on deck so im grateful fuh this post 👍🏽
