Lily Phillips And The Moral Crisis Of Modern Work
Let's discuss the shocking story of Lily Phillips, a 23-year-old who set out to sleep with 100 men in a day, although it is said the real number was 101. This story has gone viral and sparked heated conversations around morality, freedom, and the state of modern work.
Lily’s situation isn’t just about personal choice-it’s about the business of self-exploitation. With a team of nine people, the pressure to perform and escalate is immense. Her “business” relies on her ability to push further, take on more, and attract attention-but at what cost?
After hours of intense labour, Lily breaks down in tears, completely drained and visibly broken. Watching this, I can’t help but ask: if this were an...

1 Simple Way to Make Your CV More Competitive
Thank you for posting this. It is comforting to read the quote. How to reborn after being strangled the life off of oneself? Can one wish for an apology or is that something some might incapable of?
Humility to see reality as it is. Another way can be pretending to be solving “things” on a board full of post-its too. Looks good on pictures and “maybe” the higher-ups will “like” whatever we’re doing.
Nobody wants to get PISD .. professional immune system deficiency.
I agree 100%, you are an inspiration

Awesome 👌 Nailed It
Thanks!!🙌
I agree with with this. It can be a never ending cycle. Searching for meaning might not be the right approach to life.
Exactly. Life is about living it, not searching for it. Instead of sitting waiting for meaning to come to us (aka thinking about what we can get from life), we have to shift our perspective to giving (what we can give to life)... then, while we're busy at it, we won't have to search anymore; we would already be living with meaning.
Wow! The suggestion to go DEEP on one subject at a time is a great one. I'll give it a try. Thank you.
Absolutely worth it!! Give it a shot, channel your attention and transform your dead scrolling time into something meaningful. Best of luck and let me know how it goes!
@@fernanda_carcamo will do 🙏
I am relieved to hear such things, I had friends in university that took summer courses just to pass certain subjects early. So because of that they learned faster than me and it made me feel terrible, like as if I am dumber than them or something. But hearing this from you made me feel a lot more at ease when I come to understand the phrase "do it at your pace".
Absolutely! In the end, life is not a race. We will learn, hopefully not so late in life, that going faster doesn't mean getting there faster, or happier, or fulfilled. Speed and pace is something we've been fed, but doing it beautifully, with intention, with our hearts, at the right pace is what creates not only flourishing work, but a flourishing soul.
I've done the full time work + overtime + side hustle + long commute. I don't want to knock those who have the motivation to grind. Keep going and achieve your dreams! But life has phases and there are smart and more efficient ways to reach your goals. Also your values may change over time and you may ask one day: "why do I want to be rich"? If the answer is to be free and to be able to do whatever I want with my time, then you may one to either 1) determine when you'll get off the hamster wheel and start enjoying life or 2) may want to take stock of what you have and may be able to take a sabbatical, semi retirement, quit or job or drastically reduce hours and start living life on your own terms. Great video essay. Keep going.
Totally agree! With time, whether we have had the taste of "success" or not, we will question our motivations, our ambitions and what it truly is we want. Once it's clear, which sometimes is what takes the most time, then you can deploy all your energy and effort, talents and gifts towards that goal. And, in the way, enjoy it, at the right pace, taking a minute to smell the roses. Because no day is coming back! Thank you so much!!
Time is self, is a such a great perspective that I’ve never heard of before! Glad I was recommended this!
Thanks a lot!! Always welcome here!! Much success to you!!
