Georgetown is great with beautiful street art and lots of it. There are quieter streets with great coffee shops bar and lots of nice restaurants. You could see it in 3 whole days. There is also a huge nature reserve near batu ferringhi but we didn't go there but apparently there are some great walks. We were not overly impressed with batu ferringhi...mainly because we couldn't swim when we were there because of jellyfish.....but to be fair there are better beaches on Langkawi so maybe combine penang and Langkawi

Yes defiantly. We have been there 3 times , once when our children were 8 and 10 once with a group of friends and this time when we made the video we stayed for 8 weeks and loved it

It is a bit out of the way...but if you're out and about and want something different it's worth checking out....its very relaxing place to chill out with good food and great views

yes …absolutely loved it. the clouds were actually amazing .its quite beautiful watching them coming over the mountain. had a great time and highly recommend

Whee we stayed was pretty average....put it this way....wouldnt stay there again or recommend it. Actually both places we stayed in langkawi were probably the worst accommodation on our travels ...but there are definitely some nice places to stay

Yep....we certainly not had them before....as you could probably tell....and in all fairness there are so many new things to try...including the way you are.meant to eat them....which is what make traveling so interesting. Thank you

@Little Adventures travelling is about learning while you experience food and cultures.

It took bells forever ...in 30+ degrees heat and the dawn thing wouldn't melt...you will still have by the time we get back lol

Ye ...agreed....we have dji microphones...we think they are struggling in the heat...and humidity. We actually haven't been able to use then for a while now because we can't even turn the receiver on . It's not ideal and certainly a work in progress....we are new to this and it's quite a sharp learning curve. It's a shame after investing in good equipment that it's not working properly. Thank you for your comments and we hope to get it right.
