It's very true tho it's most total war games like that unless you play the modded ones that certain events spawn what people call "doom stacks" witch makes it alot more difficult

The first Company of Heroes beat CoH 3 allmost in all aspects. Narrative, cinematics, game features, etc.

I've had all of the Total War games. My personal favourites and the ones I have sunk the most hours into are Rome II, Napoleon and Warhammer III. I've loved the series since I got Shogun way back in about 2000.

Some interesting points made, but you lost me when the conversation shifted to there being "no WH multiplayer tournaments" or "just two within the last five years" - I can tune in to a fully broadcast WH3 tournament every few days, a few sponsored by CA, most being community-hosted, a lot of them featuring prize money. On Total Tavern alone, there are records of 100+ events within just the last couple of months. So there is clearly some massive disconnect between the reality of the scene and your perception of it.
