    Thank you, I think it would be an interesting experiment to challenge the idea of a business background being a prerequisite for a performance coach, maybe executives might appreciate someone completely different, I think helpful disruption and creativity might result from such a collaboration. All the best

    "Fear is the greatest interference to performance. Trust is needed at every step. Cultivate an honest and genuine feedback culture, rather than a blaming one. Show up, be authentic, create a safe space and have that conversation. Share your perspective, which is not the truth, just your perspective. Be open, be curious. Interdependence is sewed with self-awareness and responsibility. It is made of non-judgment, respect, assuming positive intent & trusting the team." All of which are key attributes of the Leader of the Heart.
