    I use this for so many things - when I need to focus on a task at work, when I need to calm my mind from an overwhelming situation and sometimes to help my brain relax into a deep sleep. I hope you find it useful in these situations and many others.

    I love this meditation and it came to me exactly the right time. At times it's very difficult to hear your voice over the music, is there any way to remix it so that your voice is more dominant? I tried to do it on my own and was unsuccessful. Thank you for these they're amazing

This video with it's longer sustained music (what I think of as 'white noise') helps me stay in deep sleep longer - which is just amazing for my daily energy levels.

When I started using sleep stories, I was amazed at how fast I fell asleep because my thoughts were no longer keeping my eyes open and my mind racing. In fact, I still haven't heard the endings to some of my favorite stories ... lol.

    I often have a lot of trouble turning off my mind from the worries and stresses of the day. When I started using sleep stories, I was amazed at how fast I fell asleep because my thoughts were no longer keeping my eyes open and my mind racing. In fact, I still haven't heard the endings to some of my favorite stories ... lol.
