I use this for so many things - when I need to focus on a task at work, when I need to calm my mind from an overwhelming situation and sometimes to help my brain relax into a deep sleep. I hope you find it useful in these situations and many others.
I love this meditation and it came to me exactly the right time. At times it's very difficult to hear your voice over the music, is there any way to remix it so that your voice is more dominant? I tried to do it on my own and was unsuccessful. Thank you for these they're amazing
