Unboxing my first pair of roller skates!! - Moonlight Roller
Просмотров 2,8 тыс.3 года назад
I finally got my own pair of roller skates! The Moonlight Roller Sapphires Now I just need to learn how to skate... Find me on Instagram: @sarahfarla
I like your black socks they are thick socks to
What kind of socks do you have on friend
I like your socks
I used to bring a broom and clean the area first. Nice warm up too and you can support yourself on the broom:) Looks kind of weird, but hey, who cares.
I got my first pair ever a few days ago :) I've never skated before and have been practicing day and night, minus the incident with the stairs. LOL
How do you do bubbles?
You gotta use your bum muscles and also your ankles sort of. make sure your trucks are loose enough so that when you lean on the inside of your skate, your feet move in, and when you lean on the outside, your feet move out. I think that's what the exercise helps you do is discover your edges
@@sarahfarla8367 ok so to start I need to work on my edges but to bubbles I use the outside edges, push out with my legs then to bring it in I use the inside edges. I'm scared of falling backwards or doing an accidental slip. Is there any tips for that? Also thank you so much for replying
@@kelsey3895 yaya pretty much. go as slow as you need and if you fee like you're gonna fall, just bend your knees and get low. That way if you do, you're already close to the ground so you won't hurt yourself
OMG IM ACTUALLY SO EXCITED TO GET MINE
I just prefer these in the same color still waiting on them to come in but I’m so excited!
Fina,ly, I can get some in stock skates!
Those skates are soooo pretty!
hahahaha @1:02 and "There's a lot of rocks everywhere."
I have been practicing in 275sq ft... I got the night fever moonboots, I am in love!
lol little impact little does she know
I'm learning that knee pads are the way to go lol
@@sarahfarla8367 haha yes knee pads are essential but i know like lyrical for instance is super intense where u jump into the air and just land on ur shins :'O how is the skating going?! id love to help with anything im new too only been at it since september but they say im good but i just love to help out everyone lol :) lmk
@@artfinityandbeyond whoa that sounds so cool! it's going good! I gotta make another video about it soon. I just learned how to turn with crossovers :)
@@sarahfarla8367 yay crossovers are fun!
Watch Dirty school of skate with dirty debs here on RUclips. I've learned a lot from her videos.
I plan on getting these one day. I have a wide foot and my chaya melrose fit great but I hope the toe box is wider than the Chaya!
Thanks for the video. I love this color!
Thanks for watching! :)
Did u get the same size as your shoe size
it's the neck clicks that do it for me 😂😂
There look really wide. Do they feel wide? I prefer more narrow skates. That why I'm in love with moxi lollys.
They def are wider than the average skate, but I got wide feet so they feel nice
"These are gonna cure my depression" lol relatable.
lmaoo same!!
What is your normal shoe size in women’s ?
I'm an 8.5
Love your video. If you don’t mind me asking what’s your foot size in inches or cm? I’m torn between the size 6 or 7, apparently the size 7 has a size 10 in insole and the size 6 has 9.5 in insole.
Thank you :) I'm a size 8.5 in US women's which is like 9.5 inches. The 7 fits super comfy for me with just enough wiggle room. For the Moonlight Rollers, they recommend going down 1-1.5 sizes since their boots are technically men's standard sizes.
