They have 40 huge icebreakers in the Russian Arctic now. Canada has 2 and the US about the same. Even China has bigger icebreakers. So, Canada with the US, needs to shore up the northern coast and we can do it together. That won't happen with Trump threatening us, hurting our economy, and making us concentrate on our southern border.

I listened to 5 minutes and there is a lot of framing recontextualising very little actual substance or reflection to the question from the ABC. Why dont the government build homes first then fill them with tenants. The system of tent & street living untill the government builds homes is untenable in our society.
