The original Cwt y Bugail slate quarry, been in there a few times. Very unstable and dangerous, but beautiful...👍

Not easy to get to now as the bridge is partially collapsed and fenced off so happened by this by chance.. Was raining hard so took shelter in the entrance. Looked to dodgy to venture further..

shame after such effort it has fell into disrepair after such a short time..

Valve handles are missing, and the whole structure appears unsafe. Wheel may be there, but it's so far down that we couldn't see it and there's no way we could have reached it.

Still works. Its all falling down now but the pelton wheel is still there and it still goes round when you open the valve.
