Yes sure you can do your bench exercises . There is no need to stop the gym.
@@lifeinmotionclinic sorry it's thrd stage but I will be doing operation only after 2 months as I don't have leave. So I can go ahead do gym with a bench with no exert on my fumoral head
@@snk5745 yes you can but only non stressful exercises for femur , mostly lying on floor or sitting on bench
