Steve Perrone of Cradle of Liberty Council (Philadelphia area) explains to BSA Scouts headed to the 2023 National Jamboree the terminology, trading etiquette, and design features of Scout patches. Patch trading is a very popular activity that occurs at large gatherings of Scouts.

UPDATED MAY 21,2022 with clearer titles. General use promotional video for the 2023 BSA National Jamboree in Glen Jean, West Virginia. The Jamboree was postponed from 2021. Age eligibility has been expanded to include 18 - 20-year-olds who would have been eligible in 2021. Youth participants must be 12. There is no rank requirement as there was in the past.
