I used to live in Henderson, currently living in summerlin. I enjoy the luxuries of Summerlin but Southern Highlands seems like a great crossover of the two parts of town. I miss those mountain views of the mccollough hills. When I buy a home here I’m pretty sure I will move to SH. Truly seems like a great place to live and exactly what I’m looking for here.

The plumbing lines are sketched and permitted months before foundation is laid so things like this can happen. It’s apparently an easy fix but more of a hassle.

RVs can be extremely luxurious and very convenient for couples who have children spread across different states. They like having their own belongings, bed and furnishings with them when they travel. Good for them.

😂😂 Not at all actually. I’m happily married to my beautiful wife. After we got married we built a brand new home 2 years ago and moved in and living there happily. My wife is my best friend and my soul mate. It’s more like the fact that people get married but don’t even know each other and or not compatible at all is the problem. Or not open or honest or may have trust issues etc. the home has nothing to do with it.

Best thing about SH is the fact you can actually have a decent size yard HOA fees are ridiculously high though

My favorite neighborhoods in all of Vegas. They are the “anti-Summerlin neighborhoods”. Instead of subdivisions with homes that all look alike on postage stamp lots with zero trees…you get a beautiful custom home on a huge lot with very mature & lush landscape….just minutes from Downtown, the Strip and airport
