DONT EVER DO THIS!!! I had a bad feeling when u did it from the start that there is something off about this video. I kept listening to it trying to astral project. I then literally had a spirit or something attack me. I could move I wasn’t paralyzed but I’ll explain. I was on my back then something was literally pushing up on my tounge by my neck. It hurt badly and I kept saying out loud stop and I turn on my side ( I was laying on my back). Then the sensation went away. I was calling out Jesus because I was told if something like that happens you call out Jesus and it goes away. But it did so. I’m not even a follower but I’m just saying.

I meditate while listening to this. It greatly helps with my depression and ending myself thoughts.

Why do I hear the pulsating when I only put one earbud in? Shouldn’t it be a straight sound and only becomes pulsating when both vibration are layered on top through each ear simultaneously to hear the pulsating difference between the two frequencies?

I plunged into sleep paralysis while listening to this but for the first time ever i was able to overcome the fear and take control! I then began to fill my vision and experience whatever I wanted and I must admit it was sexual and so very satisfying. Truly amazing!
