We have no identity. Other teams play with their hair on fire. UCLA looks like they’re having fun while we play skittish and petrified - on our own turf. Inexcusable. Only show grit after we screw up on a series or after a self inflicted disaster. And then the grit is temporary. Satterfield McGuire and Foley need to go. No identity. No imposing our will. Just “fits” that allow the more motivated team to dictate results - which is never us.

Nebraska had a million breaks in this game and still found a way to lose

Unqualified. Unimpressive. Amateur. High school caliber. Cliches don't build anything. Satterfield in the press box has accomplished what exactly? This guy brings no offensive leadership, stature or identity to NU. He's never going to be able to commit to the run game, but it would be even worse if he did! "In this league" is such a BS line. I gave up on this guy halfway through last season; I feel vindicated.

Rhule’s body language says it all. He’s embarrassed. He knows it’s not a good look for the program or for himself as HC. He says he didn’t see it coming, but I firmly believe that he and the coaches feared it could happen if they didn’t play their best game of the year.

After today I have a feeling we’ll be looking for a new HC next offseason. Getting blown out after a bye to a first year HC is just unacceptable.

Good thing Nebraska has a volleyball team, I would make the football team and staff watch those girls practice and play and maybe they would learn how to fight and win. As a Husker fan I saw this coming I can’t understand how this staff couldn’t see this they had 2 weeks to prepare and looked terrible.

Rhule stands there and takes the tough questions and gives honest answers. He has done a good job with the cupboard contents he inherited. This is one game, not a season.
