My niece asked to be escorted out by a family member and office Ruby said I'm tired of this and opened fire through a wall instantly killing my niece...when a officer was asked on the stand were they trained to shoot through walls he said no!!! Also they had camera through a hole in neighbor apartment who also testified that my niece was going to surrender and that she was not hostile towards them if you seen the video with her sitting on the floor and the officer asked her a question she just said her phone was charging...that same officer was the same one who murdered her and even the m.e. ruled it a homicide and said she was dead from the first shoot so him standing over her and shooting her twice more was over kill!! And this not the first time he has done such an act also he was not ordered to fire!! A couple of years back he killed a Jewish guy the same way but both times no other officer felt like they were in danger and both times he was the only one shooting....none of the officers were in my niece apartment they were all in the hallway but he claimed they were in danger which in court his fellow officers disagreed with that excuse!!
