wowww this really works!! I called 3/12/24 and was only on the phone for about 20 mins including answering the questions and a few brief holds. I asked the associate to update the address and she did just over the phone, IMMEDIATELY. I really did not want to mail this in. Thank you!!! So helpful!!!

I just called in today, February 15, 2024 and it works! The customer service rep told me that is takes 45 days MINIMUM if you mail in a letter! Thank so much for this hack!! If you call at 8AM EST, the wait time is only a few minutes.
