Die 3D Streetart Künstlerin Fredda Wouters aus Kevelaer am Niederrhein verzaubert ihr Publikum mit ihren optischen Illusionen, die die Grenzen von Realität und Malerei verschwimmen lassen.
Von einem bestimmten Standpunkt aus betrachtet und fotografiert, fügen sich die verzerrten Formen und Linien, die die Künstlerin auf Boden oder Wände malt, zu einem realistischen 3D Gemälde zusammen, bei dem man eine täuschend echte Tiefenwirkung erleben kann.
Bei ihren eigenen Streetart Eventkonzepten setzen sie ihre langjährigen Erfahrungen und persönlichen Kontakte in der 3D Straßenmaler Scene gezielt ein und sorgt so stets für hohe Besucherzahlen und StreetArt Erlebnisse, die die Künstler und das Publikum gleichermaßen begeistern.

The Silk City Gallery was hosted as the 4th street art gallery project by the Stadtmarketing Krefeld and again was organized in cooperation with Fredda Wouters from FreddArt Streetpainting as artistic director and project manager.
The project was preceded by the Woodart Gallery (in the outskirts of Krefeld in 2015), by the Rhineside Gallery (on the Rhine promenade in Krefeld Uerdingen in 2017) and by the Downtown Gallery (in a bunker in the city center in 2019).

Hi I’m curious about this bunker ... I was in the RAF at Bradbury Barracks in 1984 and I heard that there was a huge underground facility for storing WWII Panzer tanks or something like that and that the facility was underneath the barracks site as it was a Wehrmacht site during the way? I heard that the entrance used to near the main entrance but had been sealed off and built upon and that the underground garrison was flooded. Apparently a diver drowned whilst trying to find another way in. Would this bunker be the bunker that I was told about? It certainly looks like it held large vehicles. Any information would be great fully received as I’m fascinated with military history. Where can I find more about the story of your bunker please? Many thanks
