The Sideways 'fantasy car No 1' aka the Ferrari 288 GTE exists as a white kit. It's a great model with an available rubber wing and pre-printed black framing to the windows. I had one delivered today and I think it would be rude not to paint it Ferrari red?

Had had 12 fantastic days at Le Mans this year, saw both days of Scrutineering, the test day, practice qually and Hyperpole plus of course the 24 hours. Thought these were the most interesting bad boys at the race, looked and sounded great. Think the black #88 came third in GT3. Definitely getting the LM liveried cars when they are out. Thanks for the update.

Used Tyco axles in G+ .slightly smaller about .0025” . Makes chassis float . Did that to body also . And old joke of ours , Hollow axle puta drop of CA glue on one end , fill with helium and seal other end . It’ll make it lighter !

Hello everyone, My name is Stéphane, I'm French and I organise 1/24 scale Carrera sessions for friends and family. I'm organising one on Wednesday 10 July. I come to youtube to collect ideas for family tours and I have a nice database that I made with successive screenshots of videos that give me inspiration. I've been watching your circuit several times now, especially the 3-level version. What I find particularly nice is that your circuit is outdoor, surrounded by vegetation, which gives it a character unmatched by any circuit I've seen... and then the entrance with your classic cars (I myself own a 1970 Corvette Stingray convertible 350 c.i ZZ4 GM performance powered but as soon as possible in original condition ) I appreciate as a fan of old cars! So I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for posting this video, which was great fun to watch and which I'm going to use as inspiration for my next session...but I'll have to have a good look at the 18 screenshots I took from your video to see which straights and curves you used! Another possibility may arise for the Maserati cars as in 1939 and 1940 to quote from the net : The carmaker took two consecutive victories at the Indianapolis 500 with American racing driver Wilbur Shaw at the wheel of the 8CT, renamed Boyle Special. Some further good performances up until 1947, the victories at Pikes Peak. So one of these cars may be very close to the double Indy winner. More research needed to confirm how close these are to the Indy 8CT winner.

If you haven't yet, Jim, treat yourself to an Elise with an Olifer 3D chassis!! I had the Benneton Decals done by MTR32 and I can send you a set!!

Jim - I wish they would ship with magnets separate - it's a b*tch to have to take the entire rear end apart before you can even put the car on the track!!! I think I'll do an M8 in RLL - nice to have another car that's as large as a Bentley!!!

Now if these 3 had sound chips the Caddy would win hands down, best sounding car at Le Mans this year, had a fantastic 12 days there. My choice of the three is the Caddy, have a Penske 963, waiting for the gold Hertz/Jota version next. Even with revised aero and wheel dimensions,the Pug isn't in the hunt in the WEC, I think Peugeot/Stellantis will pull the plug on its entry at the year end. But the good news is Heart of racing, currently GT3, will be entertaining two Aston Hypercars next year in the WEC. Thanks for the update, my slot car of the year so far is the TS 350 Ferrari, but mines not here yet, we're still awaiting delivery in the UK.

The brushless motor and ESC are way over priced. They are more expensive then any RC car brushless motor and ESC. The parts are not hand made. Only the wire wrap around the stator could be hand wrapped.

I will be in California in July… would be awesome to see some of these great tracks!
