Hi! It depends on how much space you have between your desk and the wall behind it. For 27" monitors, the arms may take up to 20cm behind the monitor. That means if you got space behind, you can get the monitors all the way back, but if your wall is tight against the desk, then they will use about 20cm of desk space, making your total distance from face to monitor be about 60cm.

@@ArozziSupport sorry i explained it little bit wrong. What i meant that how close i can actually get it to my face because i kinda like to play keyboard and mouse "behind" the screen if you know what i mean. I have 27" main gaming monitor and 24" on the 2nd monitor

@@LegittiCS Aah, we understand. If you a hve the ARENA desk you can get the screen as close as 14cm from screen to eyes. if you dont have an arena and your desk is 80cm deep, it would be around 24cm instead. leaving plenty of room behind the monitor for your mouse and keyboard in either case.

Hi, The Torretta series can not be locked in a tilted position, it has a simple mechanism, so can rock in it, and lock it in a straight position only.

@@magonaiver It cannot, the chairs we have currently with the pro mechanism are the Vernazza series, some of our resellers have the old verona-pro-v2 chair which can also has the pro mechanism

Hi! That hole is just to let the plastic covers through and won't be stressed during use. We are also happy to say that newly produced chairs will come with magnetic plastic covers instead, and there won't be a hole there at all. :)

@@ArozziSupport that's a great idea. 👌 I guess that means 2024 edition. I wonder if the chairs at Komplett has it. But need a chair soon, but trying to decide between these two. I probably can't wait for new version, as I need something as fas tas possible. I see the Torreta is wider so I think I should go for it. Will the new chairs have better foam? I hope so, cus I've read they wear in a bit over a year.

@@mtbboy1993 There is not a new chair coming, it´s only the plastic covers that have been updated :) so what we have on our website and at our resellers is what we have to offer currently :)

Hi! Absolutely, the armrests are attached by default, but there are four screws on the bottom of each armrest than can be unscrewed so that you can remove the armrests entirely. :)

Hi, Sometimes this can happen when the three tabletops arent pushed together when tightening the screws, so be sure to follow the manual and not tighten the screws too soon. Should this not help, please contact our support

Hi! There's a few differences between the Toretta and Vernazza. The design and color options is one thing. The Vernazza has a metal wheelbase with larger wheels than the Toretta which has a nylon wheelbase with smaller wheels. The vernazza also has a rocking function that's lockable while tilted back. The Toretta can only be locked when not tilted. The Vernazza Supersoft models also comes with a 4D armrest while the other Vernazza and Toretta models comes with 3D armrests. Hope this helps! :)

Hi! The regular Arena and Arena Moto are the same size, but the assembly differs a bit because of the motorized legs and added stability frame on the Moto. You can find more information about our desks and measurement sketches on our website :)

@@ArozziSupport yea its all good i have the moto assembled now but you guys need to watch the packaging, My moto was dropped of with no feet for the legs and one of the centre bars was missing.

Yes, the legs are adjustable between 71cm and 81cm. There's also an electric version available called Arena Moto that can be electrically adjusted between 73cm and 117cm. :)

Hi! These monitor arms can be pulled back so that the monitor aligns with the base of the monitor arm itself. So, if you mount the monitor arm at the back of the desk, you'll be able to pull the monitor back all the way there. :)

Hi, we are sorry to hear that the screws didn't meet your expectation. Our chairs were updated in 2023 which this video is based on. You can safely use the screws you have with the washer you have. The screws now have a lock-ring on them just to make it easier not to loose the washer, but it doesn't affect the assembled product. It's one of the many small changes we make year over year to continue improving our products. :)

Yeah, because the fucking desk has 9,000,000 V with a tiny little Allen wrench if you use the tools they give you you’ll be there all fucking day and your hands hurt like hell I love this, but I will never buy it again and I will not recommend buying it because assembly is garbage

Hi, If your table is wobbly it can mean that not all three tabletops were pushed together enough during assembly, causing small gaps between the three. Or the screws for the feet has not been tightened enough.
